What this number means

Anya Buys Houses is a home buyer, not an independent appraiser. This service gives a preliminary investor estimate using available comparable home sales and our current estimation process. It is not an appraisal, a guaranteed retail sale price, the amount you'll take home after fees and debts, a firm offer, or a commitment to buy or close by a deadline.

Anya's team needs to review the property and any eventual offer. Don't use this estimate as the only basis for deciding to sell.

Getting an estimate

You don't need an account, an asking price, repair answers or contact details. Confirm the address before requesting a property search. Missing, conflicting or insufficient information, an unsupported property, service availability or search limits can mean we can't give an estimate.

Don't submit private information about an owner, passwords, access keys or anything you aren't authorized to share.

Choosing to hear from Anya

Requesting a property review is optional. Its separate consent is only for the contact channel and property request you choose, not marketing or automated calls. A recorded request doesn't confirm that a message was delivered, that someone will contact you, an appointment or a price.

This service doesn't take payment or complete a property sale.
