Some homes don't have enough usable information for an estimate. If the estimate form reports a problem, include that message in your email. Don't rely on a number that wasn't returned.

My estimate session ended

Open a new estimate in ChatGPT to continue. Estimate sessions last 15 minutes; an expired session can't be used to retrieve the previous unsent estimate.

I sent a property review request

A recorded request isn't confirmation that the team has received or answered it, and it doesn't book an appointment. Email us with your question and when you sent the request. A preliminary estimate isn't a firm offer.
