Facebook app privacy notice
Anya Buys Houses operates this app to review and manage public comments on our own Anya Facebook Page. We do not offer this app as a service to manage other businesses’ Pages. This notice covers that Facebook comment app and requests sent to its privacy contact.
Information we process
We receive public post and comment text, available replies in the same conversation, Facebook Page/post/comment identifiers, parent-child relationships, timestamps and visibility information. Facebook may also supply an author identifier or name; these are not always available. We keep processing records such as whether a comment has already been answered, a proposed reply, and the outcome of an action.
Public comments can contain personal information that a visitor chooses to publish. Please avoid posting private contact details or sensitive information. We do not need your Facebook password or security codes.
How we use it
We use this information to understand and respond to questions, avoid duplicate replies, review complaints, and manage comments. When enabled, AI assists with public responses and moderation decisions. Some comments require human review. Reading a comment does not by itself authorize a phone call, email, private message or the creation of a sales contact.
The public-comment AI receives the relevant public post and conversation, not our private CRM records or private conversations. A separate workflow diagnostic can receive a comment body and a HighLevel contact identifier. A temporary diagnostic for workflow setup retains only structural information rather than the full contact details.
Services involved
- Meta/Facebook provides the Page and comment information and receives any authorized public reply or moderation action.
- Our hosted application servers process operational data and store it in PostgreSQL on the application host. We also review any separate historical storage, exports and backups when handling a deletion request.
- OpenAI processes the relevant public conversation for AI assistance when that feature is enabled.
- HighLevel supports the connected Facebook comment workflow and diagnostics.
- Cloudflare handles traffic to the public application. Our operator-access and administrative services support authorized administration.
These services have their own account arrangements and data practices. This notice does not promise that their systems have zero retention, that every copy can be removed immediately, or that local deletion controls their independent records.
Storage and retention
We retain comment, conversation-history and action records to operate and review the app. Those core records currently have no automatic expiry; removal requires manual review and action. Separate research/history exports and request correspondence may also exist. Some temporary diagnostics have shorter cleanup periods, but these do not set the retention period for all app data.
Requests need to account for relevant stored copies, service-provider records and any backups. We will explain what can be removed and any unresolved limits rather than promise that all copies disappear at once.
